To open a Group/Joint Savings Account, the following requirements must be met:
- Application Form: The application form must be duly signed by all executive committee members of the group. This indicates their agreement and commitment to register the group with AMACCUL.
- Minutes of Decision: A copy of the minutes in which the decision to open the account with AMACCUL was taken must be included. This document confirms that the decision was made by the group and is legally binding.
- Constitution and Bylaws: A copy of the group's constitution and bylaws should be submitted. This document outlines the rules and regulations governing the group's operations and provides clarity on its purpose, membership, and other important aspects.
- Passport-sized Photos: Two passport-sized photos are required for each signatory of the group. These photos will be used for identification purposes and to complete the registration process accurately.
- National ID Card Copies: A photocopy of the National ID Card for each signatory must be provided. This serves as proof of identity and is necessary to verify the personal details of the individuals involved.
